ORDER

Ordering is super simple: After placing the desired items in your basket, you can complete your order by clicking the »checkout« button.
During the ordering process, you can easily set up a customer account and log in automatically.
Afterwards, you will be guided through the three-step-ordering process (address – payment method – confirmation) to finalize your order.

At the moment, we deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Each country has its own webshop where you can place orders. If you order from the German webshop, you can only have your order shipped to Germany. Would you like your order delivered to another country? Then please visit the webshop of the relevant country. Please note that due to local differences, the available collection may vary by country.

After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation via email, which lists the ordered items, your billing and delivery address, as well as the chosen payment option. Finally, your purchase will be delivered to you, and we hope you will have lots of fun with your new items. In case you are not happy with your purchase, you can simply initiate the return process.

Don’t worry. You can still order the item you’re looking for. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a specific date as to when and whether an article could be available again. However, we are happy to send you a reminder as soon as the said item is back in stock.

Nope, you don’t need to set up a customer account. Using the registration form, you can simply click on »Proceed without login« and follow the order process. 

 

Cancellations are possible if the order has not yet been processed in our warehouse. Our warehouse is very fast when it comes to processing orders. Due to this, cancellations may only be possible for a few minutes after the order has been placed.

Here’s how you can cancel your order yourself:

1. Select the »Customer Account« icon and then »Your orders«.

2. Choose the order you’d like to cancel.

3. Click on »Cancel delivery«

If your cancellation request has been successfully processed, the order will be marked as »Cancelled« and you will receive an email affirming your cancellation.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We usually deliver immediately available items within 2-3 work days.

 

To check the delivery status of your order, check the shipping confirmation you received through email. For each package that is shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes a link to track the shipment.

If you agreed to use your email address for shipment tracking purposes, you will receive several emails from DHL or Hermes. On the order day, when the parcel is shipped, a day before the order is planned to be delivered, in case the parcel is redirected to the parcelshop, and also a confirmation when you return your product.


This way you always know where your shipment is and how long it will take to get it to you.

 

If you would like to check whether your order has been placed correctly, you can see this in the order confirmation sent by us per email.
Your orders are also listed in your customer account and can be found under »orders«.

We offer free deliveries for orders from a value of 100€, otherwise shipping and service fees of 4.90€ apply.

 

In Germany our items are shipped in collaboration with our shipping partners Hermes and DHL. 

 

We hope you understand that we are not able to change your ABOUT YOU delivery address for an already completed order. Since orders are processed immediately, we cannot guarantee a timely change of information. In the event that your registered shipping address cannot be located or that your package cannot be delivered, the package will be sent back to us. After the package has been returned and checked, the respective credit will be transferred via the chosen method of payment.

 

Orders via grafits.com can only be delivered within Germany.

PAYMENT

Google Pay is available as a payment method for iOS and Android devices in our app and and in the mobile webshop. You can select this payment method in the checkout area. It is accessible through all browsers and you can pay using a linked payment card. To pay using Google Pay, follow these steps:

 

1. Add the products you wish to purchase to your basket and proceed to checkout. Google Pay will be available as a payment method.

2. In case you have a voucher code, you can still enter this in the designated field.

3. After choosing the payment method, select “Next” and then “Order and pay now”.

4. You will be redirected to Google Pay, where you can select the card you want to pay with.

5. Please check if your order details are correct, and then complete your order with Touch ID/Face ID or by entering your passcode.

6. Once you have confirmed the payment, you will be shown the confirmation page and you will receive an order confirmation email.

The value-added tax (VAT) is separately accounted for in every invoice.

 

You can choose between the following payment options: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna Buy Now Pay Later, Klarna Pay Now, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

You can find the invoice in your email inbox and for your order in your customer account, in the order details section.

 

If you have chosen PayPal, credit card or Sofort as the payment method, the order will only be completed after successfully going through the payment process. A payment confirmation is immediately displayed in your browser when the entire process has been completed.
